Memberships at JG Training Academy operate on the billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) selected at checkout and automatically renew unless canceled. Members may cancel anytime up until their renewal date to avoid charges. If a member fails to cancel at least 14 days before renewal, they will only be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Refund amounts will vary based on usage and timing.
